All orders placed on or after 3rd of December are accepted as pre-orders and will be processed from 19th January.

If you are unable to proceed on a pre-order basis, we kindly ask that you do not place an order, as we operate under a strict no-refund policy due to all products being handmade custom order.

Please Note: Shipping notifications may be automatically generated when a label is created but will not be dispatched until we complete the process the order. Orders are considered dispatched once collected by the courier. You will receive live tracking information once actually dispatched.

🎄 Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Before placing your order, please carefully review the Christmas cut-off date for your state.

 

Handmade Candles

• All candles are handmade to order and require a full 10 business days processing time before dispatch.
• Candle orders must be placed early enough to allow for the 10 business day processing time before your state’s Christmas cut-off date. Please read your states cut off date carefully as we do not refund orders due to being a handmade business. 

Ready-to-Ship Items

• Diffusers, home décor accessories and embellishments are ready to ship and may be dispatched on your state’s Christmas cut-off date.

Due to courier delays completely outside of our control, we strongly recommend ordering before your cut-off date. Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

• Melbourne Metro: 2nd December
• Melbourne Regional: 29th November
• NSW, Adelaide & Brisbane (Metro): 29th November
• Regional NSW, SA & QLD: 27th November
• Tasmania: 29th November
• Australian Capital Territory (ACT): 29th November
• Western Australia & Northern Territory: 27th November
• WA & NT (Regional): 24th November

• An order is considered dispatched only once collected by the courier.
• Christmas cut-off dates are provided as a guide only. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off date are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
• Wicker & Flame accepts no responsibility for orders that do not arrive before Christmas once placed after the stated cut-off dates.
• All sales are final. No refunds.
