All orders placed on or after 3rd of December are accepted as pre-orders and will be processed from 19th January.
Standard processing time before dispatch - 10 business days.
If you are unable to proceed on a pre-order basis, we kindly ask that you do not place an order, as we operate under a strict no-refund policy due to all products being handmade custom to order.
Please Note: Shipping notifications may be automatically generated when a label is created but will not be dispatched until we complete the process of the order. Orders are considered dispatched once collected by the courier. You will receive live tracking information once dispatched.
