All orders are processed between 5-7 business days, with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Please note that due to COVID -19 pandemic, order processing still may take longer then normal.

Currently, wicker and flame only ship within Australia.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.
